EBIT Ventures needed more than a new website. The team needed a clear digital home for the business that could explain how the venture builder works, present its portfolio, and grow alongside new companies and initiatives.
The timeline made the project unusual. The entire website had to move from concept to launch in just 5 days.
There was no finished content package or fully defined structure waiting to be implemented. Coding Partners needed to shape the messaging, organize the information, design the experience, build the website, and align each decision closely with the EBIT Ventures team.
Speed was important, but the website also needed to remain useful after the initial launch.
The team wanted to manage routine updates independently, including portfolio companies, team information, and other website content, without returning to developers every time something changed.
The goal was therefore not simply to launch quickly. It was to create a website that could keep up with the business after launch.
Coding Partners took responsibility for the complete website process.
We developed the structure, wrote the content, designed the pages, built the website in Webflow, and created the CMS system used to manage ongoing content.
The result was a single website that could communicate the EBIT Ventures model clearly while giving individual portfolio companies enough visibility to stand on their own.
The main challenge was fitting several normally separate stages into a 5-day delivery window.
Content, structure, design, development, and stakeholder approval had to move in parallel. Decisions needed to be made quickly without creating a website that would become difficult to maintain as soon as the portfolio grew.
Instead of optimizing only for the launch deadline, we structured the CMS around the way EBIT Ventures would actually use the website after launch.
Portfolio companies, team members, and routine content can be updated directly by the EBIT Ventures team without changing the underlying website structure.
The same system created for the initial launch now supports a portfolio of more than 10 companies.
That meant the website did not need to be rebuilt as EBIT Ventures expanded. New companies and content could be added within the structure that was already in place.
The complete website went from concept to live in 5 days.
That included strategy, content, design, development, CMS setup, and close coordination with the EBIT Ventures team throughout the process.
The short launch timeline did not come at the cost of maintainability.
EBIT Ventures still uses the website and CMS foundation created by Coding Partners, while the internal team can manage day-to-day changes independently.
What started as a 5-day launch project became a long-term digital foundation for the venture builder.
As the portfolio expanded, the same website structure continued to support new companies without requiring a redesign or a new development cycle.
For EBIT Ventures, the result was not only a fast launch. It was a website the team could continue operating and expanding on its own.
