About Coding Partners

Coding Partners was born from a shared belief that strong technology and consistent execution can truly move businesses forward.

Back in Macedonia, Daniel Atanasovski was feeling the effects of a slowing economy.

Curious about how companies operated elsewhere, he began exploring international projects.

Through Odesk (now Upwork), he landed a website job for a German client with a one-week deadline. Motivated to impress, he completed it in just 48 hours.

Impressed by the speed and quality, the client returned with two more projects. Although the timeline was two weeks, Daniel delivered both in four days. That success led to an invitation to the client’s German office, where he was asked to build a mobile app—something entirely new to him at the time. He accepted the challenge, figured it out, and delivered once again.

That first client was Dr. Emil Kendziorra. A decade after their initial collaboration, Daniel and Emil reconnected with a shared conviction: too many startups were struggling to find technical partners who understood both speed and precision — and who cared as much about the product as the founders did.

That became the foundation of Coding Partners.

Today, we work side by side with startups, helping them build fast, scale smart, and stay lean without compromising quality. We bring senior talent to early-stage ideas, offering the kind of support and technical insight usually reserved for larger companies — but at a price and pace that make sense for young teams.
