Life Summit is one of Europe’s leading events for longevity and future health. The 2025 edition brought together thousands of attendees, speakers, and partners — and the website needed to handle it all. From first impression to final signup, the experience had to be intuitive, informative, and scalable. Our goal was to build a fast, elegant site that inspired trust and excitement while doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

The Challenge

‍

The project presented further challenges:

‍

Support high-traffic spikes in the weeks leading up to the event
Enable thousands of attendees to book tickets without friction
Make the agenda, speakers, and logistics easy to navigate
Reflect the conference’s clean, science-forward brand
Launch fast and stay flexible for content and sponsor updates

‍

The Solution

‍

To address these challenges, our team adopted a strategic and methodical approach:

‍

Built a Webflow site optimized for performance and scale
Designed clean, clear flows for booking, agenda browsing, and FAQs
Set up CMS for quick updates to speaker lists and partners
Integrated analytics and SEO to boost pre-event visibility
Included mobile-first design and clear CTAs for all user types

The Results

‍

We achieved several notable outcomes:

‍

3,200+ bookings processed through the site
6-minute average session duration across key pages
55% of visitors returned more than once before booking
Fully editable CMS used by the team to update content daily
Zero downtime or support tickets during the event period

‍

The site didn’t just support the event. It became an essential part of its success, helping thousands connect, book, and join the movement toward longer, healthier lives.
